Terms of Use and Sale
Effective September 25, 2026. The ground rules for using this site, the free guides and the products you buy.
These terms are an agreement between you and Hantis USA, LLC ("Hantis", "we", "us"). By using hantis.net, downloading our guides or buying our products, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a school, district or organization, you confirm you're allowed to do so.
1. Using the site
You may use hantis.net for lawful purposes. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, and don't copy the site's design or content to pass it off as your own.
2. Free resources
The Official Hantis Rulebook, the Quick Start Guide and the free Lesson Plan sample and preview are free. You may print, copy and share them for non-commercial use, such as in classes, clubs, camps and community events, as long as you don't change them or remove the Hantis name and logo. You may not sell them or include them in a paid product without our written permission.
3. Digital products
We sell downloadable PDFs, currently:

We don't sell physical equipment. Product descriptions on this site describe what's included. We may update products, for example to fix errors or add content. Updated editions may be offered to past buyers at our discretion.
4. Your license
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You don't buy the copyright, which stays with Hantis USA, LLC.
P.E. Lesson Plans
- Licensed to the purchasing teacher for use in their own classes.
- You may print the worksheets, exit slips and handouts for your own students, as often as you need.

Table Build Guide
- Licensed to the purchaser for personal, school or club use.
- One copy covers building tables for your own household, school or club.
- You may not use the plans to build tables for sale without our written permission.
For all products, you may not:
- share, email, post or upload the files for others to download (including on shared drives, websites, or resource marketplaces);
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them; or
- remove copyright or trademark notices.
5. Buying and delivery
- Checkout: purchases are processed by our checkout partners: Lemon Squeezy, Stripe or Gumroad. Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad act as merchant of record, meaning they sell the product to you on our behalf, collect payment, and handle sales tax or VAT. Their checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices and taxes: prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
- Delivery: your download link appears right after payment and is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or email us.
- Purchase orders: schools can pay by purchase order. We'll send an invoice (payment due within 30 days unless agreed otherwise) and deliver the product once it's paid.
6. Refunds
If you're not happy with a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days. See our Refund Policy.
7. Safety and assumption of risk
Hantis is a physical activity. Players can fall, collide or be hit by the ball. Teachers and organizers are responsible for supervising play, keeping the playing area clear, setting sensible boundaries, and following their school's safety policies. Players should play within their ability.
Building tables involves power tools and heavy materials. Follow the tool manufacturers' instructions, wear safety equipment, and build at your own risk. Tables built from our plans aren't designed to hold a person's weight: don't sit, stand or climb on them.
Our guides and lesson plans are educational resources. They don't replace professional judgment, local rules or medical advice.
8. Trademarks and content
HANTIS® and the Hantis logo are trademarks of Hantis USA, LLC. All site content, guides, lesson plans, diagrams and videos are protected by copyright. You may refer to "Hantis" to describe the game, for example to promote a class or tournament. Don't use our logo in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you without our permission.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and all resources are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them accurate, but we don't guarantee they're error-free or that the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hantis USA, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury or damage arising from playing Hantis or building or using tables. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
10. Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as YouTube and our checkout partners. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer rights your local law gives you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you make a purchase applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
